Is it possible to request a specific room number?

No. However, do not hesitate to contact us to help you book the room that best suits your needs.

Is there any heating or air conditioning in my room?

All rooms are equipped with heating and air conditioning.

Is it possible to request an extra bed in my room?

We do not have extra beds in our rooms.

Can a double room accommodate a 3-person stay?

For security reasons, we cannot accommodate 3 people in a double room. We invite you to contact our reception to assist you in booking the right room for the number of people participating in your stay.

Is it possible to bring a guest back to my room?

For security reasons, we put at your disposal our lounge to welcome your guests.

Are there rooms with balcony?

All our rooms have large windows but no balconies.

Do the rooms overlook the courtyard or the street?

Our rooms overlook a quiet street or the garden.

Do you provide cot for children?

We provide our guests with baby cots (up to two years).

Is the room equipped with a hairdryer?

All our rooms are equipped with hair dryers.

Do you have connecting rooms?

The hotel does not have connecting rooms.

Does the hotel offer smoking rooms?

No, the hotel only has non-smoking rooms

Is it possible to get a refund for a non-cancellable, non-refundable offer?

Non-cancelable and non-refundable offers guarantee the lowest available rate at the time. In order to benefit from this offer, the payment is required and is non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification. However, we invite you to contact us in case you are unable to attend in order to explore the possibilities of a deferral of the amounts received. Please note that any request will be transferred to our sales department, which alone will be able to decide.

Is the rate indicated per person or per room?

Our rates are indicated per room. However, additional services are to be paid according to the number of persons. The tourist tax is payable per person, regardless of the initial reservation.

The check-in time is from 3:00 pm and the rooms must be vacated before 11:00 am. Nevertheless, we invite you to contact us in order to inquire about our offers for any request for early arrival or late departure time.

Is it possible to arrive earlier or to extend my stay?

It is possible depending on availability.

Which languages are spoken at the Front Desk?

Our reception is multilingual. We speak French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Is the hotel adapted for people with disabilities?

The hotel has a room with facilities for people with reduced mobility.

The fare from CDG airport is €62 and €35 from Orly airport.
