The rooms of the Avre Hotel
The Hotel de l'Avre has twenty-six rooms with superior bedding, separated into six categories defined by their general size. All rooms face the rue de l'Avre or the garden and can accommodate up to three people. You can choose depending on your preference. Whether you're travelling on business, as a couple or with your family, there's a wide range of options to choose from. The Twin option is available for those who wish to separate the beds. As for the bathroom, it is fully equipped and offers either a shower or a bathtub, depending on your preference.

Suitable for one person, the Business Comfort Rooms have a general area of 11 m² and all the necessary comforts. All are equipped with a shower and offer a view of the peaceful rue de l'Avre. The room's decoration and layout have been designed to make you feel at home without feeling cramped. You will find a 120x190 cm bed, a nice wooden chest of drawers, and a matching desk, allowing you to work in the best conditions.

Stay in our Classic Rooms, which are up to 13 sqm in size, during a business or leisure stay. They are all elegantly decorated with a shower and a view of the quiet street.
The bedroom has a double bed (140x190 cm), and also a large desk for studying or working, a flat-screen TV, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe for storing your belongings.
Two armchairs are among the antique furniture at your disposal.

The Tradition Rue rooms, with a surface area of 14.83 m², all face the street, as their name indicates. They are of superior quality and have a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub and a large mirror. The rooms are tastefully decorated and feature a queen-size bed (160x190 cm), a renovated antique writing desk and matching bedside tables. Curtains on the windows allow you to immerse the bright room in an intimate atmosphere.

Enjoying a unique view of our inner courtyard, the Traditional Garden Rooms offer an overall size of up to 17.60 m². As soon as you wake up, open your windows onto our secret garden to enjoy the greenery and calm. These rooms have a double bed measuring 160x190 cm. They are all equipped with a large bathroom with a bath or shower. The vintage decoration and view of the trees make these rooms bright and sunny.

The Superior Rooms benefit from a space of 13.95 m². They have the option of being provided with twin beds. Each of these rooms has a shower and accommodates two 90x190 cm beds so that you can sleep in a double bed or two separate single beds. With their vintage decor and a desk for working in peace, these rooms offer all the necessary facilities. The street view can be blacked out with curtains at any time.

The Deluxe Triple Garden Room is a large 28 m² family room designed for two to three people. The only room in this category, its style and character are equally singular: the black, white and gold decoration with a baroque feel creates a charming environment. It offers an incomparable view of the garden from the ground floor and has a bathroom with shower, as well as a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm).
